Workin Space

Workin.space Partnership Terms

Version dated 2026-08-06, accepted online when creating the partner account.

The Workin.space platform is published by BEEFAIR SAS, a company with a share capital of €2,500, headquartered at 1 rue de Stockholm, 75008 Paris, France, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 824 217 541 (hereinafter “Workin.space”). These terms govern the relationship between Workin.space and any professional holding a partner account on the portal (hereinafter “the Partner”).

They are accepted online, via a checkbox, when the account is created and again for each new version. This acceptance constitutes an agreement between the parties.

1. Purpose

Workin.space lists workspaces (coworking, offices, meeting rooms, event spaces) and connects clients with the partners operating them: short-term bookings paid online on the one hand, long-term needs passed on as qualified enquiries (“leads”) on the other.

Workin.space acts as a sales facilitator, on a non-exclusive basis. Service contracts are concluded directly between the Partner and the client: Workin.space concludes no contract in the name or on behalf of the Partner, and the Partner makes no commitment on behalf of Workin.space. Each party remains free to work with any third party.

2. Account and registration

Creating an account and publishing spaces and offers is free. The Partner guarantees the accuracy of the information provided at registration and on its listings (identity, addresses, photos, amenities, opening hours, rates, availability) and keeps it up to date.

Spaces and offers are subject to moderation before going online. The Partner is responsible for the confidentiality of its credentials and for the actions performed from its account.

3. Bookings paid online (short term)

For offers bookable online, the client books and pays on the platform. Workin.space collects the payment and issues the invoice to the client.

Workin.space receives a commission of 20% of the total booking amount excluding tax, additional services (“extras”) included.

At the beginning of each month, Workin.space sends the Partner a report of the bookings honoured the previous month. The Partner invoices Workin.space on this basis, net of the commission and any bank transaction fees; the invoice is paid within 48 hours.

4. Long-term leads

Workin.space may pass on to the Partner qualified enquiries for needs spanning several months or years. The Partner negotiates, contracts with and collects payment directly from the client, on its own terms.

When an introduction leads to the signature of a contract within 6 months, Workin.space invoices the Partner a commission of 10% of the total contract amount excluding tax, capped at the first 12 months of service. The commission is due upon signature of the contract and payment of the security deposit by the client.

Unless contested in writing by the Partner within 8 working days of its transmission, a transmitted lead is deemed introduced by Workin.space. Revenue means the amount excluding tax, net of discounts, actually collected by the Partner.

5. Partner's obligations

The Partner honours confirmed bookings and welcomes clients under the conditions stated on its listings. If unable to do so, it informs Workin.space and the client without delay via the portal.

The Partner operates as an independent professional: it is solely responsible for its authorisations, its legal, social and tax obligations, the regulations applicable to its premises and its insurance.

The Partner shall not circumvent the introduction, in particular by encouraging a client brought by the platform to book off-platform in order to avoid the commission.

6. Prices

The Partner sets its prices freely. The price shown to the client on Workin.space is the Partner's price: the commission is not passed on to the client as service fees.

7. Term and termination

The partnership is entered into for an indefinite period. Either party may end it at any time, without compensation, by simple notice; the Partner may also withdraw all or part of its offers at any time from the portal.

Termination does not affect bookings already confirmed, which remain due under the conditions in force, nor commissions on leads transmitted before termination that result in a contract within 6 months.

8. Confidentiality

Each party keeps confidential the non-public information received from the other in the course of the partnership, for its entire duration and after its end.

9. Liability

Workin.space provides an intermediation service and the portal “as is”. Workin.space is not a party to the contracts concluded between the Partner and its clients and is not liable for the performance of the Partner's services.

The Partner is responsible for its content (texts, photos, rates) and its compliance. Each party is liable for its breaches under ordinary law.

10. Changes to the terms

Workin.space may update these terms. Any new, dated version is notified to the Partner and submitted for acceptance upon connection to the portal; it applies for the future.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable agreement, any dispute relating to their validity, interpretation or performance falls under the jurisdiction of the Paris Commercial Court.
